They arrived quickly and were both beautifully engraved as I had requested. Unfortunately, one of the cufflinks arrived with a black mark in the mast area of the boat. We brought this to their attention and after seeing a photo asked me to send it back and it would be replaced. This they did very quickly and also refunded the postage we paid for sending it back. I now have 2 shiny silver engraved cufflinks. Many thanks.”
