“We purchased 6 interior oak doors in 2023, had them installed and varnished by experienced professionals. Unfortunately we noticed that all 6 doors had a manufacturer’s defect, in my opinion. Wood Idea we contacted immediately in November 2023, and I was informed that someone would be calling at our home, it’s now February 2024, and we are still waiting for someone to contact us about a visit. Not what I expected from Wood Idea.”

“The staff and the service were fantastic, but you didn’t keep us informed of what was going on i.e. the product was out of stock and no one told us Please sort out your delivery drivers I have never been spoken to or treated like that in my life, rude, obnoxious, horrible person and believe me it takes a lot for me to say that delivery let you down badly”

Please rest assured that we're going to be speaking to our team internally around the order communication side of things to improve what we can there. As for the delivery, we use a number of third party suppliers to carry out our deliveries and we understand that their behaviour reflects directly on your overall expereince with us, so we don't take these type of incidents lightly. We're going to be raising a complaint on your behalf directly with our delivery supplier to try to ensure better customer service in the future.

“Great selection of products and best pricing I could find on the Internet. Delivery was quick and kept well informed. I also had a problem with needed extra parts to a frame, and Steve sorted the items FOC. So fantastic customer service to boot!!! Highly recommend!”
