Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have investigated this fully as this is not the kind of service we would normally expect from our team. You reported this outside the 48 hour window, however our team still looked into this for you and found no signs of damage on the proof of delivery. They therefore asked you to send in photos to allow us to assess any damage, however you refused to do so which is why the sales advisor suggested you sent it back.

“Lovely doors, particularly the Deanta ones are of great quality, responsive customer service and speedy delivery. Their area of improvement is that their website stock updates need to be displayed in real time (out of stock for a few months, in our case) so that customers don't waste time doing further research.”
