“Delivery was strange. I ordered waited for courier to contact me, heard nothing after fortnight Contacted Woodside and my door was delivered. It was just being picked as I called!!!!!! Door was what I expected.”

You would usually be contacted either by ourselves directly or by one of our courier partners within 48-72hrs of placing your order either by phone or email to discuss the soonest possible delivery date. We're glad to hear your door arrived but rest assured we'll be looking into where the communication has gone wrong on this one so that it doesn't happen again

“Ordered 10 Deanta Doors from A Wood Idea on the Friday. The next Monday I received a call from Deanta to make a date for delivery. The whole transaction went smoothly and I found that A Wood Idea was the cheapest supplier for Deanta on the internet. The only issue that I did have was the Web site said it was free delivery… it wasn’t and I had to pay an extra cost for delivery to Central Scotland?! Why? Apart from that, I’m a happy customer.”
