“Absolutely great for people who have problems with their hands or find lifting a kettle difficult. So easy to use. My only issue with this kettle its hard to see where the water level is at, would of been much better if it actually lit up so you could see it easier. Thats why I've only given it 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Slight delay in dealing with order which seemed to be due to fact item was not in stock. Telephoned office and was advised shipment due in by the Friday and item would be shipped immediately. True to their word item arrived before end of week - 100% on finalisation but 4 stars just because of stock situation overlooked at time of order. Possible slight hiccup but service turned out to be 101% after discussion”

“I ordered a replacement battery for my grandmother's bath lift chair. It arrived promptly and fitted on easily. With a long term medical condition, she was eligible to have this VAT free. However, during check-out of the item, it seemed VAT had been added on. Customer service was very quick to help refund the difference and was helpful in the process doing so. Great service!”

“Assurance Mobility have made my purchase beyond easy. I phoned up to get answers to a few queries about a Topro Olympos all terrain rollator. Gemma answered the phone, and took time to explain everything to me. I also wanted my purchase to arrive fast. No problem, it came the next day. Then, I ordered the cupholder to go with my rollator, and it came within two days. Assurance Mobility has given me most excellent and pleasant service. I will now use this company above all others.”
