“I am very unhappy with my purchase and wish to return it. I wrote requesting a return authorization but have not received a response. The color is not as described...it is not solid navy but navy with other colored threads mixed in. The quality is also not what I expected and is thin with many spaces between the stitches. “Sweater arrived promtly, well packagred, wrapped, nice label. InCREDibly warm (men's roll crew neck) and thick. Fit's a tiny small by American standards. Very soft, kind of fuzzy wool. I was hoping for a hard wool but am still happy to have it. Stretchy but tightly woven. Very reasonably priced, I thought.”
