I reached out to them around 2 weeks after placing the order (Delivery in France) to see where it was, because I had no updates. They then told me that they will come back to me soon. No one did, and one week later I asked again and they simply told me that it seems like they made a mistake with my order and that they will refund me. Not great...”

“First time purchaser at Aran Woollen Mills, and what a fantastic sweater the Raheen Tweed Roll Neck Mens Sweater is.
I am quite fussy and looked at many similar sweaters but everything from the design to the material is nowhere near as good as the Raheen.
Taking all into consideration it is very well priced and will obviously last for years. I will be looking to get one of the cardigans soon.

I tried to ring customer services several times but got no answer . I emailed as well but no reply . This in my opinion is not good customer practice.
