“The jumper I bought is top quality, beautiful, well-made and I will wear it often, and with pride. However, while you use FedEx for delivery in the UK, I will never buy from you again. That simple. Never, ever. The experience with them was so bad, that it moves me to write this review.
Your products are wonderful, my experience with yourselves was 5-star, but please, please ditch FedEx. Not only are they completely disorganised, they are also totally dishonest.”
