“Products are ok although one of my jumpers is already bobbling a bit, which is a shame. Otherwise, it's very nice and I enjoy wearing it. My second purchase didn't fit and trying to return it was made pretty difficult so I have given up. Customer service team have been very unhelpful and I shan't be buying from the company again. If you are the kind of Luddite who doesn't have a working printer in the house, I wouldn't risk buying in case you need to return anything.”

Thank you for your review! Our sweaters are made of natural wool fibres, which do as you noted, contain lanolin (which is the natural waterproofing that sheep produce). While we do our best to carefully wash the wool, if your sweater is smelling a bit more ‘sheep-y’ than you’d like, we recommend placing it in a well-ventilated area for a few days, as the smell will gradually dissipate. Alternatively, you may wash it according to the wool care instructions and lay it flat to dry on a bright, dry day. You may also consider using a cedarwood spray, which can help neutralise odours and acts as a natural moth repellent, helping to extend the lifespan of your sweater.
