“I'm very unhappy with the sweater I recently ordered. It was the second sweater I ordered from your company. .I am satisfied with my first purchase in January. I'm returned the second sweater which was also a size medium but exceptionally large. After many photos sent to show the difference in the two sizes and many discussions with customer service it became clear I was never going to get a full refund. The Tully, composed of Supersoft Merino, is designed to fit loose, so we recommend staying true to size, or sizing down if you're between sizes as per our designer notes. The Inishbofin design, composed of Worsted Wool, is a unisex fit, which is based on men's sizing so we recommend women size down. The size small would most likely be a better fit for you.
