“oh dear, it was a pressie for my daughter-in-law and sadly she didn't like it. she said the sleeves were "wierdly tight". hard to choose for others. your customer service was lovely though and the sweather came in lots of time for Christmas. Thank you for your review! Our sweaters are made of natural wool fibres, which do as you noted, contain lanolin (which is the natural waterproofing that sheep produce). While we do our best to carefully wash the wool, if your sweater is smelling a bit more ‘sheep-y’ than you’d like, we recommend placing it in a well-ventilated area for a few days, as the smell will gradually dissipate. Alternatively, you may wash it according to the wool care instructions and lay it flat to dry on a bright, dry day. You may also consider using a cedarwood spray, which can help neutralise odours and acts as a natural moth repellent, helping to extend the lifespan of your sweater.
