“Products are ok although one of my jumpers is already bobbling a bit, which is a shame. Otherwise, it's very nice and I enjoy wearing it. My second purchase didn't fit and trying to return it was made pretty difficult so I have given up. Customer service team have been very unhelpful and I shan't be buying from the company again. If you are the kind of Luddite who doesn't have a working printer in the house, I wouldn't risk buying in case you need to return anything.”

“oh dear, it was a pressie for my daughter-in-law and sadly she didn't like it. she said the sleeves were "wierdly tight". hard to choose for others. your customer service was lovely though and the sweather came in lots of time for Christmas.
