“Sweatre was not what I expected so I returned it. I would not have risked buying it in the first place if I had know that there is a £25 cost to return it!!!!
Most sellers offer free returns, or certainly a lot less than £25.
This needs to be made clear at pont of sale.”
“First time purchaser at Aran Woollen Mills, and what a fantastic sweater the Raheen Tweed Roll Neck Mens Sweater is.
I am quite fussy and looked at many similar sweaters but everything from the design to the material is nowhere near as good as the Raheen.
Taking all into consideration it is very well priced and will obviously last for years. I will be looking to get one of the cardigans soon.

“Hi while your products are great I was let down by your customer services . The order was placed on 15th of January and not delivered till 27 if January v. I tried to ring customer services several times but got no answer . I emailed as well but no reply . This in my opinion is not good customer practice.

“It's a beautiful sweater, very warm, fits well, and I like the color, even though in daylight it doesn't look exactly like the shade that came up on the computer screen. I also liked your packaging - a sturdy cardboard box with just a sheet of tissue paper, no plastic, nothing I had to cut through, risking damage to the contents. It took a long time to come, but it was well worth it.”
