“The cardigan is lovely, though bigger than I was expecting, I'm usually a standard size 12, but opted for a 10 and it's still on the large side. Very well made and gorgeous pink colour. However, I emailed the company 10 days ago as there was no after care kit but they've not responded.”

Just to clarify, our garments don’t currently include an aftercare kit as standard. However, we do offer a specially curated wool care set on our website to help keep your knitwear in the best possible condition over time. “Products are ok although one of my jumpers is already bobbling a bit, which is a shame. Otherwise, it's very nice and I enjoy wearing it. My second purchase didn't fit and trying to return it was made pretty difficult so I have given up. Customer service team have been very unhelpful and I shan't be buying from the company again. If you are the kind of Luddite who doesn't have a working printer in the house, I wouldn't risk buying in case you need to return anything.”
