“Product is good, easy to upload. Price is good. My only criticism is the length of time for delivery which is fairly long. Not good when needing to top up for shows etc.”

“ALP have the best customer service ever - contact them by e-mail or phone and they will answer all questions. They even called me themselves when they spotted a mistake in my artwork. The work was then carried out promptly and in great quality. Still, I'm awarding only four stars as I find their website rather confusing. My questions and mistakes arose chiefly because there was too little information about formats and other options on the website. So I hope this can be improved in the near future, to make ALP a five-star company all round.”
