“I am a little disappointed with the service I received as they got my address wrong which meant I had to carry 3 heavy boxes of postcards down the road. They were not apologetic but they did offer to resend them, however this would have taken a lot of extra time (over a week extra). As a small business, receiving the postcards late has a knock on effect to how we are perceived and it was disappointing. The postcards themselves looked good which was the saving grace!”

“This is the second time I have used "A Local Printer" and as I am retailing what has been printed, it is vital that the quality and colours etc. are perfect. I have not been disappointed and would highly recommend them. So easy to use and great communication.”

“i had put in a last minute order before they closed for christmas but they were so helpful and were able to accommodate - they were really fast and i got my order after 4 days but that didnt affect the quality of the notepads. the quality is honestly amazing and i really love what this company stands for. im so so happy!”

“I ordered A5 belly band and it’s hardly eligible for A5 and more so for A6 - poor quality also extremely thin paper provided”

I'm sorry that you are disappointed with our product. The belly bands are 360mm wide which leaves a 50mm overlap for securing the band around an A5 pad or notebook. We use 120gsm paper specifically so that the bands can wrap easily around the product without cracking. Kind regards Miranda Barnett, Director.

“I have just switched the printing for my charlie&hannah knitting kits to alocalprinter as I a wanted eco printing for all the labels, tags, postcards and stickers, to fit with my business ethos. So far I have been very impressed. The quality is good and the service is pretty quick. I have used off the shelf products and supplied my own artwork, nothing bespoke, but they appear to be able to accommodate that as well should I need it. Will certainly be using them in the future.”
