“My designs use block colours as backgrounds. For my general prints I have them printed in giccle to get consistency. It is always a risk with different types of printers whether it will turn out alright. Unfortunately in this case it wasn't, so lucky I only ordered proofs. The colour was inconsistent in tone and i could see a few stripes in areas. I understand this risk is unavoidable with certain methods of printing. Something that is possible for you to improve on in the short term is for it to be made clear that for the”

“I ordered samples to find out not only the printing and paper quality but to see what the finished product would look like. The printing quality seemed good but the sample notebooks seemed a little flimsy and cheap for the price I payed.”

“Easy to order. I was provided with a proof which I approved. Cards came nice and quickly and the print quality was great. I had a few queries about delivery etc and customer service was excellent, my queries were answered promptly. I would recommend A Local Printer and would use them again.”

“I use lots of different printers but ALP I'll always come back to - their customer service is second to none - happy to talk out anything on the phone or via email and always very quick to respond, honest when it comes to deadlines though they always try their best and they always deliver on the quality too. All in all, no complaints.”

“The service has been excellent every step of the way, but there were a couple of (quickly resolved) issues with the actual deliveries. The quality of the personalised greeting cards delivered were exemplary, however they arrived without envelopes which were included in the order. I received a reply to my email questioning this within 2 hours of sending it which stated that envelopes would be sent out that day, within another 4 hours I had received further contact detailing the delivery for the envelopes. Unfortunately this second delivery was of envelopes of the wrong size, however another very speedily replied to email ensured that I received a second set of fitting envelopes the following day! The previously received envelopes I could "either keep or recycle". I have since also received a whole bunch of free loyalty points for any inconvenience. Absolutely excellent customer service, I wish every Internet based company responded and delivered as quickly when easy mistakes are made. However they should probably revise their quality control policy for what's included in deliveries! I will definitely be using this service again when in need of stationary or printing.”

“I had to call to check a couple of details before I placed my order. My queries were answered quickly and my order was delivered very fast - well within the times indicated on the website. Good quality print, will definitely use again. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is because of a little confusion over postage costs to NI and this was a little high.”

“Having spent months trying to find a company who could print Eco on Kraft labels to suit my brand at a realistic price, I came across A Local Printer, I don't know why I didn't know about them before! From first contact everything went smoothly, generic samples arrived with 48 hours of ordering, I was phoned to chat through options to produce exactly what I required and my actual order was delivered within a week of signing off proofs. High quality labels that have actually turned out better than I expected. I'll definitely be using this company for future reprints.”
