“Used ALP twice for greetings cards and very very happy with the quality and service. There was a slight problem with my second order but it was sorted out very quickly. Will definitely be using ALP again!”

“My client is very happy with the A3 wrapping paper. Easy process to upload and review artwork proofs. Then delivery was speedy. No complaints from my client so everything is great! Thanks guys.”

“Very happy with my first order of greeting cards and memo pads! Love all of the eco friendly options with this company. If I have any criticism, I thought that the brown shades looked a little bit dull, which may be due to recycled paper / ink, but otherwise the colours came out very bright and good quality. Loved that they used eco-friendly / repurposed packaging to protect the order! Definitely looking forwarding to ordering from them again.”

Thank you for your very kind review and so pleased that you are happy with your first order :) As you thought, the 'flat' colour on the pads is due to the ink being absorbed in to the paper which tends to tone everything down somewhat - but part of the charm of putting ink on paper! “I won't go anywhere else. Love the eco branding as it reflects the ethos of my business. Easy to upload images. Very helpful staff who were able to give advice. Excellent communication. Delivery was very quick. Brilliant.”

“Terrible customer service when I had a concern with an order i was passed around from person to person initially then unsatisfactory final outcome to my concern . It is very easy to make an error with the online order service , even when I when I attached a comment in the order form comments box to help avoid any misunderstanding it was ignored and created a very costly printing error which a simple email or phone call from a member of the alp team could have resolved. The company refused to reprint and asked me to reprint again at my own cost . I would not recommend using them.”

To outline our position again, you approved a set of proofs which we then printed in good faith. At no point prior to us proofing your job did you advise us that you intended to upload new artwork. In a gesture of goodwill we offered a discounted re-print which you refused. We entered in to many conversations with you but the fact of the issue is that if you had opened and reviewed the proofs we uploaded to your account you would have seen they were incorrect and not approved them. “Excellent service with helpful staff and a swift turnaround on my order. I'm delighted to find a company that offers recycled paper and vegan inks for its card printing. Hopefully in time they will also supply recycled envelopes and biodegradable clear wrappers for the cards as well.”
