Customer service dreadful. Sent item back 3 weeks ago. Promised 3 times refund and postage refund. Very very disappointed in your service. I always order from you as very good normally. I expect you will ignore this also. Already sent review which you ignored. Staff very pleasant but do not seem to keep to refund agreement. This was all because your technical staff advised incorrect size.

I sent pictures but have not heard anything back from you
I am very disappointed
Bad product

Unhappy and out of pocket
