“I ordered from algeos for the first time 9th December. I assumed the service would be as fast as other suppliers but it seems my order was lost in the system. Even after I flagged the issue it still took a few days to come with no communication on delivery date or times. I came home to find the large package rolling down my driveway. If I'd have know when it was being delivered I'd have made sure someone was in. Its really put me off ordering again. I had products on the order which I needed.”

“Sent the wrong items and wouldn’t send the replacement till they receive the originals back. Even though it was their mistake. Still waiting on the orthoses to arrive and have a patient waiting for them. Terrible service really.”
