“We recently moved to a house that needs a lot of work, meaning a lot of skips. Access is not straightforward but the drivers always manage to get the skips exactly where we want them. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and have always delivered the skips on the day we requested. Excellent service. Will continue to use.”

“Delivery was timely, but I was advised that I could ring and organie a collection time, which I did and arranged for 9 a.m. Wednesday morning, but received a phone call at 7.50 advising driver was at our address ready to collect skip. Whilst this was manageable suggesting I could arrange a time and this was not met”

“Came in a timely manner and dropped off with no hassle. Picked up with equal care and no hassle. Only frustration is lack of comms when calling to pick it up as its all automated. I also accidentally booked for 2 weeks - can this be refunded in part? Appreciate it was my fault but would appreciate the goodwill since I had it for a few days only.”
