Not only was Craig polite, but he also had a very clear way of describing what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the problems. He really knew what he was doing. He immediately understood our problem. Connected remotely and spent almost an hours made everything work perfectly with Genetec.

Your technical expert, Craig, was extremely knowledgeable in his ability to remotely connect to my camera via TeamViewer and resolved the issue within a matter of minutes, which was very impressive (coming from somebody who has been in the industry for the last 35 years).

Tech support was busy when I rang, but Craig called me back within 5 minutes so great service. He resolved my issue within 10 minutes (firmware update) and the camera is now working even better than it was. Although cameras are expensive, I would highly recommend 360 as their customer and technical services a brilliant and well worth paying the extra to have that reassurance that when things go wrong then they get sorted straight away. Keep up the good work 360.

I am very pleased with the tech support that Craig has given me. He is VERY PATIENT which is not easy to find these days. I recommend him highly. Craig was very helpful and he is always willing to answer my questions. I like that 360 support is prompt compared to other tech services which are becoming more and more difficult to get hold of.
