Paid for meet and greet-driver no show.
I called the company when I landed, apparently driver was I’ll. replacement driver not sent for another 49 minutes. Sat in the cold and rain waiting and now this company does not offer a refund. Shameful.

My niece used Ist airport Taxis this evening and was treated in the most appalling way. Overcharged and told she could have a refund if she got out whilst on the motorway. A young girl travelling alone should not use Ist airport taxis.

After a month of emailing and calling to raise a complaint and request a refund (their complaint handling policy is to tell you to call back another time when another manager will handle the complaint) someone finally read my complaint and proceeded to make excuses and tell me if I wasnt happy with the car I should have refused the journey and then they would have refunded me (doubtful).

Would not recommend this company!!
The most important thing you require from an airport taxi after a long day of travelling is reliability and they are not.
We pre booked an 8 seater mini bus and paid EXTRA for meet and greet as didn’t want the hassle of searching for a taxi big enough for 5 of us and lots of bags and a baby of 4 months and we did not get this, we had to wait nearly 40 mins in the cold at 1 am, when I called they kept telling me it’s 4-5 mins away but never was, it did eventually arrive and the vehicle didn’t look fit for the road. Needless to say I haven’t received a refund for the extra meet or greet yet after I did ask for at least that back!!

We travelled from Gatwick to Southampton airport. We paid Ann extra £12 for Meet and Greet but we had to call the driver to let him know we were there and then wait 10 minutes. We could have put up with this, but we emailed info@ that evening again to ask fir the &12 refund and got no response.
