“Brilliant idea for a gift, I ordered 2 of the long water bottles. I'm certainly going to use this site again, they answered my queries promptly and the item arrived in 5 days (which is good for the current climate). Everyone should get to know that this site is here.”

“The bottles arrived today. The covers are delightful, one cover has a stag design, the other a number of little stags. The bottles are an excellent size. I bought them as a Christmas present for my son who is at university and is getting chilling studying during lockdown, I'm sure these will keep him warm and cheer him up!”

“I ordered my chosen design and it was delivered to me very quickly, no fuss or drama as with some online purchases I've made! I've used it for the first time last night and I'm delighted with it - quite large enough for anyone, the cover is so soft and comfortable and great value for money. “I ordered Fabien The Arctic Fox and Dexter The Dog which both have microwaveable bags in their tummies. They are absolutely gorgeous and large too. I desperately wanted Dexter delivered in time for my hairdressers birthday, as living in Normandy I couldn't get anything like this. Parisha and Matthew kept me up to date with dispatch details and Dexter and Fabien arrived in plenty of time. This is a very professional and reliable company who I highly recommend and will be using again. Thank you everyone.”

Hi Heather - Thank you for your review. We have created collections: Ladies, Men's, Children's etc so it is easier to find product styles suited to the person you are buying for or the type of product you are looking for - these are only recommendations and we do have a "Shop All" Collection which shows all our products. We have found that this really works as we offer so many different products. There is no reason you can't buy something recommended for children for an adult etc! We hope this goes someway towards explaining why the have done this. Love The Hot Water Bottle Shop x

“Didn’t fit. Why is it so difficult to buy a replacement stopper for one we’ve lost? Also not impressed with the £2.99 postage and packing (thin plastic bag) for a £1 item. In all, £4 wasted.”

Hi Joy - I am very sorry you are disappointed with the item received. The product you bought is ONLY for Coronation Brand Hot Water Bottles which you can buy from us. This is clearly stated on listing. If you have not bought the hot water bottle from us it recommended that you go back to the distributor/manufacturer/brand of the hot water bottle you have. It is not safe and we definitely do not recommend any one to use a stopper that is not from the original brand of hwb you have. There are many manufacturers of hwbs and all unfortunately have different "patterns" for their stopper. Regarding postage, unfortunately this has to go as a small parcel due to size. We do not build a ‘Delivery Allowance’ into the price of our products and endeavour to keep handling, packing and postage costs down to a minimum. Apologies again, The Hot Water Bottle Shop x
