“Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Bought 2 long hot water bottles, cool mist & coastal waves, quality good. One was bought for my sister in law, who was very pleased with it & the other one for myself. Will definitely use The Hot Water Bottle shop again.”

“I purchased 3 hot water bottles 2 violet kashmir for myself - they were both ribbed on both sides and were wonderful - let just the right amount of heat without being too hot. The third hot bottle I purchased, had a lilac cover on for my granddaughter's birthday - the cover was soft and cosy and I think she will be very pleased with it! Worth the money - very high quality hot water bottles.”

“The FAQ says to put any additional information on the checkout payment page. There's nowhere to do this. The other option is to send an email which I did. Unfortunately either nobody read it or it was just ignored. Ruins the birthday surprise when the branded box is delivered.”

“Great website that was easy to use and safe transaction. Got dispatch information via email. Took a little longer to come than expected but likely caused by COVID-19. 2 lovely, fluffy and large hot water bottles at the ready! The rubber feels excellent quality and so do the covers. Fantastic, thank you. Definitely feels like a brand I can trust after my amazon one started leaking after just a few months use.”
