“Lovely sturdy hot water bottle. Feels like it will last for years. Not keen on the smell though, but that's just personal taste. Read on the site why they do this. Hoping it will change in time. Great to know that you make your products in the UK where possible and that you employ local people. Will definitely recommend your site.”

“Purchased for a birthday present so can only comment on service which was first class product, despatched the same day day, but my fault completely for just choosing cheap delivery as took 4 days to arrive. Came on the same day as birthday. Great looking package, great knitted cover. When filled it certainly seemed to be in favour with the reciepient as she spent most of the evening with it wrapped round her neck.”

“I'm really pleased to find I can still get a traditional HWB. The local shops where I live don't seem to stock them any more, just the cheap imports. Delivery was very prompt. Good communication and I love the vanilla aroma.”
