“Overall easy to use, excellent communication, they did everything I needed and the documents arrived on time. What seemed complicated was made straightforward. My only difficulty was not to do with them but I hadn't known that these certificates are only valid for a month in Peru and therefore they were useless to me in the end but as I said the fault there is the system here or my lack of knowledge of that system when I started. So, I would recommend more reseach before starting as these guys can just get it to you quickly-good luck.”

“ALL ORDERS BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2016 and JANUARY 2017 WERE SUBJECT TO DELAYS FROM THE FOREIGN & COMMONWEALTH OFFICE. PUTTING THAT TO ONE SIDE THE PEOPLE IN THE APOSTILLE OFFICE DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO BE HELPFUL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN:”

“The service was great. My only complaint was when I asked to appostile my passport. The organisation who needed my appostile passport would not except it because the passport copy wasn't clear it, it was fading and it was black and white. They preferred a clear color apostille. Next time I will for sure use this service but I will ask for a color copy apostilled passport. Customer service was great.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. It is actually illegal to make a colour copy of a UK Passport in the UK but we will try and improve the resolution of any further requests for this service in order to offset any possible fading. Thanks again!
