A very professional firm and prompt with their replies. They will address any issues you have and direct you to the right solution if need be. It was my pleasure dealing with them and would highly recommend them

The service was delivered as promised. At first I was uncertain about providing personal information and documents but after I did my services were handled professionally and without delay. One recommendation I would have is to have a page to go to to see the real time status of the process.

We were very happy with the prompt and efficient service provided by Apostille Certificates. Two things stood out: help and advice beyond what we had expected (our case was a little complicated!) and the attention paid to keeping the customer informed on progress.

The company were brilliant. I live in spain so it was very difficult arranging for documents to be copied, but with their help in particular Matt Fogarty it seemed easy. I needed a few copies and originals to be opostilled for spanish authorities. Nothing was too much trouble. I was also kept up to date with their progress the whole time. I would wholeheartedly recommend them

Hi Lucio, Many thanks for your review and for giving us the chance to answer your query. The delay you experienced was caused by Royal Mail. The item was not picked up from your local delivery office and was returned to us after a couple of weeks. We immediately sent it back out and included all of the literature from Royal Mail explaining the delay. Apologies for not emailing you to let you know this had happened as well.
