“Very professional and fairly quick. My only feedback would be that it would be nice if i got my digital one emailed out before it was mailed back. However, i think they do usually provide this service and i just got a bit unlucky.”

“I approached TheApostille Group when let down by another provider and under serious time pressure. The TAG were absolutely first rate in every respect. “I don't think I could have been the easiest of customers as my requests required so many different services to be performed (birth certificates & marriage certificates ordered, apostilled and translated into Spanish; the same for a criminal background check, etc). My requests were urgent and so required a higher touch service (couriers rather than posted documentation). At every step of the process, Matt's availability was impeccable and his attention unflappable. Today, I was able to complete my dream of obtaining my citizenship and I cannot thank The Apostille Group enough. The added bonus, thanks to Matt, is just how approachable he is, so I have to also give him top marks for his 'bedside manner' which managed to allay my fears and worries and keep me sane during some very stressful moments.”

“Matt has been very helpful thanks to his responsive communication which I appreciate. There was a tiny miscommunication in the beginning, followed by an FCDO IT issue that caused a delay. Yet he was very kind in resolving the misunderstanding and continued to be communicative during the IT issue. Got the eApostille needed and I highly recommend his service.”
