“Matt provided a friendly, fast and efficient service. He responded quickly to all email queries and answered questions in a clear and informative manner. Furthermore, all the documents were delivered as ordered, correctly legalized and stamped and with all the necessary information. I originally was inclined to remove one star from my rating. During my correspondence with Matt, I informed him that the delivery address of the documents would need to be changed. He responded that he would contact me again before having them shipped out, and clarify the new address. However, he forgot to do this. Ultimately, the documents still arrived with the correct person in my company; however, Matt's oversight could potentially have led to problems. While I'd use this company again, I'd like to think that such a mistake would not be repeated.”

“An extremely good service. When I needed documents quickly Matt organised everything. Even when there was a hiccup (and a very rare occurrence) which delayed things, Matt went the extra mile and still got our documents to us in time. Many thanks”

“Excellent service, comprehensive, well organised, and lightning fast. We needed an apostilled document from the UK to Portugal and time was of the essence. They exceeded their own target and it took 1 week total time for •ordering a replacement certificate, •having it apostilled and •delivered. No one else was offering a service with their proposed turnaround never mind exceeding it. Highly recommended. They know what they are talking about and they can make it happen.”

“Mat was extremely responsive throughout the apostille process. He explained the whole thing thoroughly and got back to me quickly on any inquiries. He got the whole thing done in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend getting in touch with him for any legalization and apostille requirements.”

“The customer service and communication with Matt and his team was excellent from start to finish. He was able to answer all of my questions, did all the work to obtain extra marriage certificates for me, and responded patiently to my flurry of slightly confused and flustered questions. “Initial contact via telephone and e mail was hopeless with evasive excuses that the necessary member of staff was unavailable or that messages had been lost in junk folders. However, once direct e mail contact had been established with the appropriate member of staff, details of the service offered were clear and comprehensive; progress was swift and efficient; regular updating of progress was reassuring and helpful; documents were delivered on time and securely. Initial customer care and attention needs to be improved in order to inspire confidence in prospective clients.”
