“I was pleased with the overall interaction I had with Apostille Certificates UK. There was an initial problem as I had two certificates that needed stamping and when I received them back only one was stamped. It turned out that it was an honest mistake and was rectified quickly, which meant that it caused no major problem in the long term. The representative that I dealt with, Matt Fogarty, was polite, professional and approachable throughout the process and I knew what was happening with my certificates every step of the way.”

“Fantastic customer service. New birth certificate and apostille provided very quickly. Matt was quick to respond to all emails. Small issue with billing as the charge on the credit card statement is unusual. But service in general was top notch. Thank you”
