"My Swytch bike works properly and helps me when I go with our dog in the trailer on a little tour.\r\nOnly one things was a hassle during installation: The standard pedal sensor does not fit on pedal axles, that are conic and not straight. Do I had to do some cutting on the plastic and glue it to the pedal axle."

"With its terrific power boost, the Swytch Go+ breathed new life into my 10-year-old, large-frame bike, making longer trail rides possible again for this aging rider (68). Although not my usual cruising speed, it effortlessly achieves 20 mph and it \"flattens\" uphill grades, which is helpful here in western Pennsylvania. I got the best-price\/longer-wait deal, with the Swytch kit targeted to arrive in September. Disappointingly it didn't surface until October so limited my ability to assemble and get in more than a couple of rides this year. Instructions weren't perfect, but along with online videos, were clear enough to reduce guesswork and figure it out. Harness has a couple of unneeded connectors, adding some clutter to the assembly. Were it not for those few nicks, I'd have given it a 5. Very happy for the bike refresh and highly recommend Swytch to anyone who loves their existing bike and is considering going electric."

"We took delivery of our Swytchbike conversion kit in July 2024 . It was well packaged and the instructions very clear and easy to follow. I installed it straight away but have waited until now to allow time for a full trial of the kit . It is EXCELLENT!!! We just needed a kit that gave a little boost to give confidence in cycling again. and did not see a need to replace a good pre exiting bike with a full electric heavy weight.. the weight addition from the kit is around ~3Kg so not much... and the range of the Go+ is more than enough for a days cycling. I would recommend the optional OLED display to make more boost level options available. I highly recommend this kit and the customer service from Swytchbike"

"Love my Swytch bike! It's smooth, extremely quiet, and cruises at 20mph all day long. Around 30 miles of range with the Go-plus power pack and medium pedal assist. Power delivery is smooth, like a burst of tailwind\u2014all the time! More than enough power to compensate for loaded panniers and a fully clothed 200-pound person. Best thing: I still get to ride my favorite old bike."

"Very pleased with the kit so far. It was easy to fit. Only slight problems with rearranging other attachments on the bike - lock, lights - to make room for the battery and display. I am holding off giving 5 stars as i have only done short journey's so far. My previous battery didn't last very long. So I awaiting to assess it's long term performance before it gets 5 stars!"
