“Minor problems in installing. Ex. Battery pack mount should be facing rider, so the bike can still be folded.”

“Superb little converting kit. Definitely get the extra throttle or thumb acceleration button as hard without it. 5 star product, only issue was wheel didn't quite fit in pins when putting together, had to file down the bike spoke a little”

“I have a specialized sequoia road bike. The power pack and base display cannot be bracketed to the handle bars. I returned the kit. Disappointed as it's marketed as "universal".”

“Very happy with the kit, my Base unit stopped working and needed replacing which took longer than I thought but I was sent a new one eventually. I went for the 30km battery which I need as on a full charge because of the hills I go up it lasts for about 15-18km. I would recommend this”

“Although I converted a mountain bike, I have since only used it on road and rough paths. I wasn't sure at first: I hadn't used the bike for a while and it was hard to evaluate exactly how much assistance the Swytch kit was providing. But the more I use it, the more I like it and I've come to realise just how useful, essential even, the power assistance is where I live in the hilly Derbyshire Derwent valley.”

“Overall, I am extremely pleased. The ride is smooth and powerful. I have had two glitches: 1) on installation I had to file/grind the wheel axle to get it to slip into the front fork dropouts, and 2) the plastic disc with the magnets tended to drift away from the bottom bracket towards the pedal crank; I wound several turnings of wire around the pedal axle, on the pedal side, which now keeps the disc firmly aligned. It’s now a joy to head out for an errand, a visit with friends, or just a ride, with plenty of juice to get there and back!”

“I love the kit. I loved my bike and just wanted a bit more speed, less sweat, and more range. A heavy ebike didn’t have the light, simple joy of a bicycle. Swytch is perfect. I’ve got the Air kit and have never needed more range (I bring the charger on my commute). I get so many questions about it from other cyclists. 10/10 recommend!”

“If you want to keep your existing bike, then this is the kit to go for. It was a relatively straight forward process to install and has changed for the better the enjoyment of my bike. If you ride any long distance then a spare battery is necessary.”

“I converted my wife’s mountain bike the kit is extremely well made the instructions are very clear, and well laid out on how to do the conversion. My wife absolutely loves her swytch bike and I would highly recommend swytch it’s cost effective and I feel that the swytch conversion is just as good if not better than the electric bikes on the market primarily because my wife really likes her bicycle now the only difference is it has a power to assist her when she needs it.”

“It works well but I'm in constant fear of a part going wrong because its impossible to get a spare part. Still waiting after 2 months to hear if I can get a spare battery.”

“Absolutely love it so far. It has reinvigorated my enjoyment of biking, and gets me on my bike more often! Because I don’t have to worry as much about fatigue or overexertion, I can focus on my health and fitness goals in the gym and my enjoyment of biking outdoors. I can go further distances and go on wild adventures knowing I have the extra mileage available provided to me by Swytch’s electric motor. I feel like a hybrid vehicle! Two sources of power generation, and they work beautifully in sync taking me wherever the wind blows!”
