“We love our Switch! Customer service is wonderful. The price made it affordable plus I use my bike. Delivery was not a problem at all. I have not had to return anything! My son installed the go in no time at all. The ride is smooth and effortless. Thanks!”

“I bought this for my wife who has suffered with chronic fatigue and has a pace maker fitted. She used to enjoy cycling and having a mountain bike for off road was an excellent excuse to enjoy the countryside we used to throw them in the car and go off for weekends. This I hope will enable us to do this once again. A fantastic piece of kit. The instructions for assembly onto the bike are clear and simple. The connection details also made very easy in the book. Just follow the instructions. The only thing with our set up was my wife has a front derailer and it was necessary to make a bracket to fit the Sensor, that was a little difficult but being an engineer I over came it with a bit of nylon, patience and a few tools. Would thoroughly recommend converting a bike that is a reasonable cost?”

“Hello, Nice product. It's easy to install except for PAS thing, which is a bit more difficult and need more attention. Instructions are easy to follow. Riding is excellent, I found the system very reactive. 250w and 40nm motor is more than sufficient for my need and my location, I'm usually limiting the power at the level 1 except for the steppiest slope we have. I'm statifsfied with my buying.”

“Ottimo prodotto, da un'ottima spinta ed aiuta a fare salite e colline in facilità. Preso per non arrivare sudato al lavoro e fa il suo dovere alla grande. Ho preso la versione Go+ ed è facile da installare. I tempo do consegna sono stato rispettati ed il customer center mi ha supportato a dovere anche se sono un poco lenti a rispondere”

“Great product ,I've been using it for a few years without any problems. That is , until recently when the pedal sensor started to malfunction. Sometimes it worked perfectly then wouldn't at all. It was like trying to cycle with the brakes on. Still a new sensor fixed the issue and all's back to normal and great cycling. Thanks. Ps a phone number to speak to a person would be helpful, particularly for older people like me.”

“After a long - endlessly seeming- time of waiting for delivery - it is ABYSMAL- I got my kit and installed it easily - since it was already the 2nd kit I bought, everything was done quite fast. 2 problems though: - The harness of the GO set is way too long for my normal 28/bike 29” - can I order a shorter set? ( fast delivery would be appreciated) - what’s missing in both sets (go and the 1st system) is a connection for the head and tail lights on bicycles with a hub dynamo. That is very bad and unsatisfying. And l assume it would be easy to use the power pack to supply both lights. Bye, Ferenc”

“I’ve been using bike all Summer and I’m really pleased with the conversion, a great help as I live on a steep hill and setting off with cold muscles was getting difficult for me. Customer service advised me on the Shimano PAS which is a very neat and tidy fitting, but I did need to buy the correct crank remover from a local bike shop at £18.. The kit turned up ahead of the forecast date, Conversion was easy, the front end of bike is a little heavier but not detrimental to the bike handling and means that my lovely bike has a new lease of life. 5 stars for Swytch!!”
