“I have not been able to attach my motor just yet, There have been political deliberation in regards to the potential extra weight *pure nonsense I assure you* yet I would be grateful if there were a D.I.Y. Spoke length chart. I opted for a hub only because the extra 30 seconds to discover my 700 rim conversion was too much trouble. And now I must weigh in on a cycle repair shop’s expertise. Surely next time it will be worth the effort to have a rim pre made”

“Air Max kit. Delivery quicker than originally quoted. Price good. Comprehensive range of options. I bought the seat post adapter kit to fit the battery behind the saddle; brilliant idea! Set-up was fiddly but straight forward but I have spent 50 years fiddling around with bikes. One bit of email advice needed and the reply was virtually instant and very helpful. Great customer service. After 6 months use I am delighted with the performance particularly on long local hills which I had given up on as only a casual/utility rider. Trips back through a hilly town with 2 panniers of heavy shopping are a breeze even with the power level set to 2! So pleased I have just bought a second battery to alleviate ‘range anxiety’ on longer hilly rides. Well done the Swytch team. Thanks fo a great product. Tried to give 5 stars but that option wouldn’t work!”

“This is my third conversion and very pleased with this new battery shape and positioning (Go). The bike is steadier and now remains standing with the battery attached. Maximum speed is regulated at 25kph which is disappointing if you want to go off road. Excess cable ends need capping off if the caps exist? All in all though great value for money and I would recommend Swytch to anyone.”

“Very happy that you came up with a unit that has adaptability to many add ons that one may wish to add on at any later date. My thumb throttle adapter was easy to install and just had to plug it to its color matched adapter plug inns.”

“I very much enjoy the Swytch adjustment to my bike. I love to bike by myself or with members of my family. It was getting difficult for me to keep up with others especially on hills. Swytch has allowed me to continue these rides. Recently, I added a new control panel which lets me keep track of my speed and mileage. Very happy 😃”

“My kit arrived well before it's estimated delivery date, and was very well packaged. The installation went pretty well..I was not willing/prepared to cut the hinge off the sensor, so took my bike in to the shop for that last piece. They were able to attach as sent with a less-than 3mm gap, and it's all working great. Made my bike commute a joy with evening heavy panniers on an up-hill ride. My only wish..well 2 wishes. I would like to be able to go from a level 3 assist back down to 1, without clicking up to 5 first. And the battery doesn't turn off on the bike, so you have to remove the battery to keep it from drawing down while it waits for your next ride. Even with the minor challenges of adjusting the install, I'm very happy. I love my 20+ yr old bike, and the assist makes my evening commute a breeze.”

“Bought an Lectric e-bike over a year ago. Way to heavy and not as comfortable as my ole'conversion Cruze bike... Ordered GO+, Installed in couple of hours and now enjoying the much lighter weight and the comfort of a recumbent. :)”

“Hi Swytch Bike, I am absolutely delighted with your product! I received this only a short time after I placed my order, despite being warned it may be December, it arrived last week! Being a Manual Dyslexic, who finds any do-it-yourself Manual impossible, I called a friend; he has put together 3 previously. It only took just over an hour, and to his surprize and pleasure, all the fitting were the exact size!! This has widened my horizons, as we are in a rural area and live on the top of a hill; I can now get back home! A really great product; well done! “Very easy to install my order to and have recommended it to friends. I would go for the larger battery not the smallest. It's hard to use as a normal bike once installed because there's a lot of drag from the Dynamo but I don't know if this will get better overtime.”

“It was a relatively affordable way to turn the bike I loved into the e-bike I needed when my needs changed. In my case, I went from shuttling one kid to daycare everyday to two kids and thus from a bike seat to a trailer. The Swytch kit made the transition effortless and has also opened up more and longer bike trips for fun.”
