The installation wasn’t without some hiccups but the customer service folks were quick to help. Overall I am happy with the system, though sometimes it is a bit slow to kick on or off when I start or stop pedaling. It’s not a problem but neither is it seamless. The lack of regenerative braking is also less than ideal for my situation.

I am very happy with the way things turned out. I really am surprised and very happy with my switch kit. I switched my wife’s bike and I’m happy with the way things turned out. Can’t wait to get another one.

Price was good - more economical than buying new e-bike. Wait time for delivery was long. Would have preferred to receive it sooner at the price I paid. Delivery was good - well packed and no shipping damage. Order was accurate - no need for returns.

The Swytch switch went well. I’m enjoying the ride and enjoyed seeing my old bike come to life. There are more cables than I expected. The battery state is difficult to know but with time I hope I get used to the LED indicators.

We first order the kit for a folding bike in 2022. We are soooooo disappointed in this kit. It took almost two years after our order to get all the correct parts. Now, the bike does not really seem like its battery powered at all. It seems like it is the changes almost too heavy. This was $650 down the drain!

Product ordered was timely delivered; well packaged. Have had three issues with Swytch system: (1) Lights for status of battery is confusing becaus difference between what appears on the battery itself and what appears on the control device on handle bar. (2)Handle bar device is awkward to scroll/turn off while riding when battery is not needed and then back on to resume battery assist. (3) Mounting sensor system on crank arm is challenging to install on arms that have tapper and rounded side. The requirement for proximity to sensor on frame (post) is hard to achieve and zip ties are not as tight as desired because the ties are secured to a tapped/round surface.

I have already got a swytch kit on a folder (air model) and an old handlebar mounted one on an old mountain bike. The new centre mounted battery was to replace the one on the mountain bike and has transformed the ride. It has got rid of the front heavy feel from the old kit. Much smoother off road as well. The other kits have proved reliable and mean I can keep riding and enjoying my 30 yr old bike.

I'm still getting used to it. Not sure i'm using the throttle properly and it sometimes it doesn't keep going when on the throttle only.

On a full charge the bike works well, however as it runs down it doesn't provide much assistance. I also had to file down the motor wheel axel in order to fit with my bike's fork. I also need to order a second pedal sensor as the one I had ordered didn't fit my bike - user error on my part for not knowing, however the order process could have made this clearer. Other than that, the Swytch kit works very well once setup

I’ve not had it fitted yet . On crutches for at least another month . When I’m mobile , I’ll get it sorted . If it’s like my other one , I’ll have no worries . 👍.

Excellent once I got it working. A few compatibility issues with the pedal sensor (and removing the pedal was interesting) but the help team sorted me out and I’m v v impressed.

Happy with product, had to but extension lead for throttle as by using brompton block accessory which mounts lower down ....meaning further travel for lead to throttle hence the need for extension. Why don't swytch include this with brompton block orders?? That's my only gripe. Good kit and not too difficult to fit.

The actual kit and conversion has been very easy and it functions very well. Problem with a battery failing which Swytch replaced, even though out of warranty. Only reservation relates to cabling durability and some need for care over pedal pick-up, which can go out of adjustment fairly easily. Very good service and value for money!

I thing the motor could be a bit stronger for the brompton.

After a long - endlessly seeming- time of waiting for delivery - it is ABYSMAL- I got my kit and installed it easily - since it was already the 2nd kit I bought, everything was done quite fast. 2 problems though: - The harness of the GO set is way too long for my normal 28/bike 29” - can I order a shorter set? ( fast delivery would be appreciated) - what’s missing in both sets (go and the 1st system) is a connection for the head and tail lights on bicycles with a hub dynamo. That is very bad and unsatisfying. And l assume it would be easy to use the power pack to supply both lights. Bye, Ferenc

Aside from the long wait to get my kit upgrade, it's all pretty good. New battery set was easy and works great.

Easy installation, front hub is suprizingly light. however I ordered the larger battery and my wife could not swing her leg over it. So I moved it to the front basket. The manufactior shoud consider offering a raer rack mounted battery. My biggest complaint was the shipping time! THREE months!~I honestly thought I had been scammed! However, once shipped the lead time was resonable.

We are testing the bike with your Swytch at the moment. Functions and results are very different when comparing with Qwick or Pendix. With your Swytch one only has to move the pedal without force to get forward. The speed can move up to 25km/hr. It is a choice of course. It has been difficult to arrange the cables. Can we use the existing battery to power the lights?
