Awesome for me as an exercise biker with varied terrain and lots of hills. I bought my Swytch so I could have one exercise bike that I can also use as a commuter and arrive more comfortable in hotter weather. I thought I might be swapping out the wheel for my long exercise biking but the weight differential was so minimal that hasn’t been necessary ever. I love my Swytch bike!!!

Making my bike in to a Swytch bike has changed everything! The small form factor, and the big power/ease of use is soooo nice!

Adding a Swytch to my bike totally upgraded my commute! It's not a long distance, but all up hill on the way home. I can do get home so much faster and without having to take a break or 2 to recover from the incline!

Haven't installed it yet, but looking forward to the help this kit will provide moving this beast of a one speed bike down the road.

Easy to fit and use. Has made my cycling trips longer and hills are a doddle. Would recommend.

I upgraded my wife’s bike so now we can ride together. She would usually ride 1/2 way then wait for my return. Now she can ride 20 to 30 miles with no problem. I will soon be upgrading my bike as well. I found the upgrade very easy to install.

I absolutely love it. Cycling has become much more fun, I can easily commute without a car now and didn't have to spend hundreds more on a new e-bike. One of the best purchases of my life!

I am very pleased with my swytch bike. I am a 56 year old non 'bikey' grandmother and I must admit I was a tad daunted when starting my conversion - however I followed the instructions and got the conversion done (it did take me a couple of hours). I was however blown away when I did my first test ride and found that it did actually work. I have used my bike about 10 times - the longest trip being a return 14 mile trip to visit a friend on a train strike day. It is great. I probably should also read the manual as I'm not sure what I should be doing re gears and powered assistance however I seem to be getting by ok. I generally have the lowest power level until I have a hill and then increase assistance. My bike is quite old so I have felt ok leaving it at a train station as it doesn't look like an electric bike. I do carry my battery with me when I leave it.

The product is good - a bit flimsy but ok. You wait a year and it is worth it. The customer service people drive you mad with slow responses and surveys asking you continually how much you love them - but the bike kit is good.

The Swytch has made me happy in so many ways. I am older, my strength and stamina have waned a little which had affected how much or low long I would bike. The Swytch has enabled me to go on longer rides with ease. I can choose when to turn it on, usually those tough hilly spots, so that I still get the exercise I need. It was easy to put together and the packaging was secure. It was missing a few components, but I contacted the company and they responded immediately without any hassle. The price was very reasonable, much less than a standard electric bike. I also like that it doesn't look any different from a regular bike. I am very pleased with my Swytch and recommend it and the company highly.

It the easiest way to get peddle assist with a minimal increase in overall weight.

I don’t know why, I just can’t seem to get a good range with the standard battery. I commute to work which is y 5miles to and from. On my way home, the battery is usually dead. I only use it to pedal on flats and uphills. It also doesn’t matter what setting I put it on, it always seems to run out like it’s on a timer. The speed is great, I just wish it went just a tiny, tiny bit faster. It’s quiet and has extreme acceleration. It makes the biking experience enjoying, especially when I’m using it for a stroll or to exercise. It will take a few months to deliver. With that said, if you are on the edge rather or not you want to have the bigger battery or more accessories, get them. The larger battery will make a big difference and I regret not getting the throttle. Wheel is easy to install but does add quite the weight depending on the size. KEEP the tires inflated, it will improve the battery.

The installation was smooth other than some difficulty with the fork fit. The motor assist engages in a predictable way that is easy to get used to when riding. The basic display is not easy to use when changing settings, requiring the manual to figure out. This is mostly ok except for it would be nice to have an easy to change power assist percentage on the fly. The stated battery range should also provide some adjustments for temperature and hills because I was getting about 40% less than stated on a hilly ride. Finally, the controller could use some improved voltage management on the battery because I would drop from 3 bars to cutting off completely when I rode up hills.

Although I had to wait some time for delivery I was advised of the arrival date which was spot on . It was relatively easy to assemble and I am now enjoying getting out and about without having to rely on anybody else . It has made a tremendous difference to my mental and physical health . Thank you Swytch .

An effective, cost-conscious way to make a manual bike electric. At 73 and 70 respectively, I and my wife will be able to really traverse the many hills in our beautiful Minnesota town. We also had need of customer support and were very happy with the company's service.

The swytch is great, made my commute so easy. Had a little trouble finding a tyre to fit. But has been great since I bought new ones.

Dahon Mariner Owner: I have the Swytch Max Kit and it works great for NYC riders! However, the Swytch mount on my handlebar is making my foldable bike unfoldable. I need the mount that goes to the seat saddle so I can fold my bike again. The Swytch website is not allowing me to purchase only the accessories, I have to purchase another Swytch kit so I can get access to the accessories. This issue needs to be fixed or easy and accessible for the current Swytch kit holders worldwide. Other than that it’s an awesome product!!

Good price if you don’t mind waiting for it, would recommend the larger battery pack more than the small👍
