“Took a little while to get the form to display correctly and had two or three goes at it, not sure whether it was a system blip. Tried the chat option, but after an initial response, took a short while for an operator to pick up with it, so had to abandon that also. Decided in the evening to give my application for Public liability insurance another go, no problems whatsoever. Got the cover needed which is £5M. at a very competitive price. Please don’t rocket them next year like the rest do….”

“The service seems very good, but i cant say how good they are if you ever need to make a claim as i have not needed to make a claim. i have only just perchased my public liability insurance. touch wood, i never need to make a claim. But if for any reason i do, I hope Rhino insurance will be there for me.”

“Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that I have never had cause to claim. If that ever happens, I will amend my next rating accordingly. Ed was swift and straight to the point. Didn't labour on about extra's once i'd said no. All in all a straightforward transaction. Thank you”
