Email you no reply,called you and was told you would call back but didn’t,tried to pay on line after filling in renewal and was informed you would send an invoice (I’m away on holiday and won’t be on email) so can’t pay

Got fed up wioth being hassled weeks before my insurance was due for renewal, both by phone and email

Since I have only just taken out a policy there is almost nothing to review. Hopefully I never need to know what the company is like in the event of a claim. In terms of the sign-up it was quick and efficient. I've never met the agent, but he insisited on calling me mate in every other sentence :-)

The product is great and value for money. However, I'm not very keen on the constant calling to renew my policy. This pressure to renew way before my policy is due for renewal may in the future lead me to find a less pressurising company.

We always contact customers on 4 occasions if their policy is due to expire. Once 30 days before expiry, then 14 days before expiry, the day before expiry and then if the insurance has yet to be renewed or cancelled, on the day of expiry. We do this to give our customers the best possible opportunity to ensure that they are covered and remain compliant and protected. We will look into the circumstance of your renewal to ensure that our processes were met.
Rhino trade insurance, could you please ease off on the calls, emails etc. when my renewal comes around next time? I know my policies are up for renewal, I'm a professional. I appreciate a little nudge when the time is near, but daily calls get boring after 2 weeks. Besides that thank you for sterling service.

I bought my policy online. About a week ago I used the site for a quote and received 2 or 3 calls a day for about a week off the back of it. I found it quite annoying, and a bit of a hard sale tactic. It nearly pushed me away from using this company

Charged an unexpected admin fee of £14 after quote

Good evening Ryan, thanks so much for the star rating! We massively apologise if the £14 Direct Debit administration fee was unexpected upon your renewal. This fee is paid annually for all policies paid via monthly Direct Debit and is something that you also paid for when you took the policy out last year. Note however that you were not charged any interest fees whatsoever for the monthly payment option, just the annual £14 fee :)
It’s hard to review a how good you are as a company as I am a new customer who has never made a claim so can’t really say, you could be a bunch of bastards and the insurance is not worth the paper, hopefully I will never have to make a claim to find out. The lad who I spoke to on the phone, I think his name is Matt seemed like a smashing lad had an answer to all my questions so the only thing I could rate you on is how good your sales staff are and he was alright.

Touch wood you never need to make a claim but if you do then we hope that our claims handling is just as good as our service, price, and ease of purchase (well that's what we've heard anyway!).
