“Initially went on to the website to start my first quote, was navigating the site easily but still had some questions. I decided to use the chat facility and spoke to Nick. Nick was helpful and thorough but it was easier when he suggested a phone call to discuss it further. Nick went through all the required sections and was very knowledgeable when I made it clear what trade I was in and the governing body I was affiliated to.
