“I was looking for a healthy and quick breakfast solution which would keep me full and curb the snack cravings. This does exactly that. I mix with greek style yoghurt and add some blueberries. I tried the 14 day sample pack and found the fruity flavours were my favourite so have ordered banana and the cherry bakewell flavour. It takes me about a minute to prepare and keeps me full until lunch time. I am yet to try this as a shake but will also try when I get chance.”

“This has been a real game changer for me. Being in a job that involves alot of driving, I often snacked in the car, throughout the day, and not particularly nutritious ones. I have my puritiom sachet with fat free, Greek yoghurt for my breakfast, and it keeps me full until lunchtime. I love the varieties of flavours, with coconut, mixed berries and macadamia and vanilla, being my favourites, topped with whatever fresh fruit I may have in the fridge. Not only has it stopped me snacking, it's also helped lose a few stubborn pounds too.”
