“I have no bathroom scales but I'm definitely losing weight. I've always had Linseed/pumpkin seeds, nuts and fruit in yoghurt. I use protein powder too.. But Purition has more and is healthier still.. I like the drink made with water and a dollop of yoghurt. I like the porridge/overnight oats but my favourite is in yoghurt with fruit.. I add fruit to it everytime..
I just do this as an opportunity to have more fruit. I find if I have it about 11am I need nothing but apple or a rice cracker until dinner.
I still have a sweet tooth but much less and I'm not snacking more than 1 treat.

“This has SAVED ME ! I had fatigue for 6 years and I'd had enough of feeling dead. I was existing, not living. A friend researched that protein would possibly help.
