“If I'm honest I didn't like the taste the first time I tried a shake , it wasn't sweet enough for me and a nutty texture. By the third shake I had got use to the taste , I've become more adventurous and made the porridge and pancakes using oats and not flour ! What's great is it's the same sachet that makes a shake will make the porridge or pancakes too, so not ordering endless sachets. I'm happy and I'm starting to loose weight !”
