“Tried the keto bars for the first time. They're very small and at first you look and are rather disappointed BUT they are creamy and tasty and best of all so filling! I had a mixed box so I could try each of the flavours to see which I preferred. Well the answer is none of them because they are all equally delicious. I have been having them for breakfast and they keep me satisfied until dinner in the evening. So averaging about 4 carbs a bar I think that's fantastic! “The nutritional supplements arrived and the moment I opened the bag the smell was pretty funky. Put them in a zip lock bag but they stunk up the kitchen so put them in a sealed Tupperware box. At this point I was not taking the supplements as they smelled so bad and I had to throw out the whole box. It’s a shame as I enjoy the other products for smoothies but this was a waste of money.”
