“You really can't go wrong with Purition! There are quite a few ways to have them but my favourite remains a smoothie with a bit of frozen banana and coconut milk. It really does keep you full until your next meal, which is a lifesaver when you're trying to control portions and avoid boredom snacks!!! I love that they taste great without added sugar, but without an overwhelming flavour of sweetener (which I hate!). The texture takes some getting used to (coz it's full of all the good stuff and not just protein powder), but I find using the frozen banana and my nutribullet smooths it out nicely!”
“Have now started on my two large bags.....coconut, and almond & orange. Pop a medium banana in the coconut, and a squirt of orange Quash'd into the almond & orange. Really lovely. “I tried purition because I am not good at having breakfast then I get hungry and eat my lunch early and then end up snacking later on.
I bought a mixed selection pack to start with. The taste does take some getting used to but there is a good variety of flavours. I have been having these for my breakfast and they do keep me going until lunch which means less snacking. I have continued to buy the selection packs so that I can mix it up a bit rather than just sticking with one flavour. My favourite is the cherry bakewell.”
