Just ordered two bags and when they arrived I realised that I’d ordered the none vegan blend…
Emailed straight away admitting my mistake and received a reply the next morning…
I returned the unopened bags and emailed my postal receipt…
Have just had a message saying that I’ve received a full refund already…
Now to reorder, a little more carefully…”

“I've now been using purition as a daily meal replacement for almost 6 months - I even took it on holiday with me - and I can't say enough good things about it. It's the only thing that has really settled my previously dreadful IBS, so far I've lost almost one and a half stone and it genuinely keeps me from feeling hungry for a good few hours (hence the weight loss because I'm not raiding the snacks cupboard!)
