“Love it! It's fully of lovely chopped ingredients that don't leave a sickly feeling or aftertaste. The flavours, being all natural are a lot more subtle than typical protein shakes, but enjoy the subtle tastes. I bought a very popular protein shake yesterday and couldnt drink it as too artificial after using puriton.
I love the fruitier flavours, esp in porridge or yogurt. As it has lots of chia seeds in I have added hot water in a small bowl and left it to set as a 'pudding" who doesn't love a sweet treat.
It has kept me full and knocked my sugar cravings on the head. Will continue using this.”
