“Finally, the pounds are dropping. For 3 years now I have struggled to drop weight. Menopause took me from 8 stone to 9.5 stone, then a debilitating back injury saw my weight tipping over 10 stone! This might not seem much to some, but I'm quite petite and that extra 2 stone has been a struggle in terms of feeling comfortable in my skin, and my self esteem. Diets that proved successful in the past just didn't work, but after two weeks swapping a meal for Purition, the pounds are finally, all be it slowly, dropping off.
I really enjoy the shakes, I bought a nutribullet and I would recommend as it grinds up the seeds nicely. My fav is almond and orange. For porridge I love cherry bakewell. I add a couple of slices of banana or a chopped up date to my shake as I'm not a lover of the Stevia aftertaste, but I do prefer stevia over sucrolose or artificial sweeteners. There is no getting away from the fact that without a nutribullet, the shake is bitty, it contains wholesome seeds and nuts. As I have followed a keto diet previously, I am used to chia seeds and linseeds and like the taste and texture, but if you don't, just stick it through a nutribullet to smooth it out some.”
“I have tried many meal replacement shakes, but their artificial sweeteners upset my stomach. I have been using Purition on and off for a couple of years, and I love them. The flavours are great but my favorites have to be strawberry & cherry bakewell. I am also incredibly impressed with their customer service and their upfront honesty when they get it wrong. As happened recently when their cherry bakewell had no Bakewell. They told me bout the mistake and replaced it before I had the chance to email them. Great customer service is rare these days so well done purition, great product & great service. :-)”

“I bought my first taster kit at the end of last year and tried all of the flavours I like. I've gone through them all now and ordered some more tasters as I can't choose my favourite for a big bag. I haven't found one I don't like, they're a great treat on a morning mixed with fruit, oats and almond milk, or even just alone with milk. “I first bought the starter selection to help with a health kick I was on, I liked the sound of the products but having tried lots of shakes in the past I wasn’t expecting much, but it is brilliant!
The shakes are delicious, though I usually add a handful of frozen fruit to make it smoothie like, they’re so filling and I have much more energy when I incorporate one of these in my day.
