“Purition is fantastic - you can stick it in a blender and have a meal in seconds that keeps you full until the next meal time. Recently I have been using it to make overnight oats. I mix 40g it with a handful of frozen berries ,40g of rolled porridge and 200ml of milk - stick it in the fridge and there’s a tasty breakfast or even lunch if you choose. My favourite flavours have been coconut , blueberry and apple and blackberry.
