Some flavours are not as flavoursome but you could pep them up with some friut. Ive used coconut water which makes the coconut flavour come to life. “So far I'm on my second subscription order from Purition after having on of the two week trial packs with multiple flavours. The trial pack was brilliant as it allowed me to try multiple flavours without buying the larger more expensive bags. My favourite flavours are then the ones I have bought for my subscription. It's very easy to change flavours between deliveries if you fancy a change.
The texture takes some getting used to, as it is quite 'grainy' due to the chia and other ground up seeds and nuts, but because of that I feel more satiated than I think I would if it was a smooth shake. I just blend with 250ml milk instead of 200ml to make it a little easier to drink. The difference in flavours I also find to be very subtle, as there are no artificial flavours used and the 'base' ingredients are the same I think for most of them.
All in all I'm really enjoying Purition. The website is easy to use and delivery is straightforward and on time. I can't say if I've lost weight or not as I didn't weigh myself when I started, but I am definitely snacking far less in the mornings which can only be a good thing. I'm now debating going on to two Purition meals a day to see if it makes work time lunch any easier!”
