I used to feel nauseous eating before gym and tennis or weak if not having eaten to avoid feeling nauseous, now I just take my Purition and I’m ready to go. I always add half a banana and sometimes a small piece of avocado esp with the vanilla one, it gives it a beautiful creamy greenish colour which I like.”

I ordered the blueberry and natural again as I enjoy both of them. The blueberry is not overpowering, just subtle flavour which I like and the original I just add lemon or vanilla flavouring to it.
I also love the soups, especially the beetroot and spicy tomato.

“Tasty shakes with natural, healthy ingredients. The last order I placed arrived next day, which was fantastic. I use in between meals if I'm feeling extra hungry and count it as part of my daily calorie allowance. The fact they're more of a coarse texture suits me, as they satisfy my hunger. “I would just like to say, that I was using a different brand of protein shakes, until I tried to read the ingredients half of which I couldn't even say, then realised the reason it tasted synthetic and gave me a bloated stomach every time I drank it was because it was ultra processed, which now leads me to Puriton powder, I originally ordered the 14 mixed flavours, I now have 3 favourite flavours, banana, coconut and vegan vanilla.
I must admit that I wasn't sure at the beginning, as wasn't a strong flavour, and I think I missed the sweetness, but have realised that the other brand was full of artificial sweetener, and synthetic flavour.
I have now been using this for a couple of months, and I love it, I blend either a banana in with it or some strawberries and blend it into a thick shake.
I have it at lunch time, and it keeps me full until dinner time, I have subscribed so you actually save money in the long run.

“I have been using Purition for a month now and really enjoying it as a shake for my breakfast. I mix it with some Greek yoghurt and kefir to get a very satisfying, high protein meal. All the flavours are good and make for a interesting variety of breakfasts, although the coconut is my least favourite. I am starting to feel quite energised. I'm sure I could make the same thing myself by buying all the ingredients and chopping and mixing, but why would I when I can get it ready made with none of the effort and none of the guess work.
