“I have tried most of the flavours with the fourteen day trial bundle. They are all great flavours. I have them with greek yoghurt for lunch or dinner as a dessert. They are low sugars which helps being a diabetic.”

I bought the vegan variety as I'm trying to minimise dairy in my diet too. I tried a few flavours just buying a few initially to sample and then settled on the vanilla as my favourite.
I had already seen on Instagram about the texture and I have no problem with that because I think it makes it more versatile actually. I either make it as a straight shake using my hand blender for 40 seconds or I stir it into soya yoghurt and treat it like a pudding.
I eat it about 3.30 ish and it's done exactly what I'd hoped in that it keeps me going nicely until dinnertime so I'm not ravenous and starting to raid the cupboards to eat junk.
I like the formula very much and feel it's a healthy and sensible addition to my daily routine and as such have gone onto to use it daily.”

Not too sweet - I would say subtly sweet and I don't feel like I am drinking a bunch of E numbers. I use water to mix and they do need to be blended well or they can be a little gritty but then so do all protein shakes so no more than I would expect.”
