“I have to say Purition has done it again! I have been trying out the new protien and Fibre. No nasties, no unwanted addatives, emulsifiers, no thickners, just realistic amounts of protein and fibre in good meaningful amounts per 50g serving. The flavours are great too. “Great flavour. Decided to go low carb to lose weight. Perfect alternative to a meal when I’m in a rush. But the main reason I purchased was to up my protein and have it for brunch (I don’t normally have breakfast), to replace carbs. My husband likes it too. I’ve only tried Vanilla and Macademia and the bars. On occasion I’ve added 2 dates and half a banana to the drink for a sweet treat. It’s helping me lose weight, which I’m thrilled about. Some moan about the consistency. If we are eating nuts and seeds etc., and it’s wholesome, with no additives what is the problem? We find it really tasty and love the consistency. Very filling. Very happy and will try other flavours eventually.”

“I had never taken any protein drink before but due to a 6 week course at my Gym for the more mature person, I was advised this brand.
