“The first one i sampled was coffee and walnut in a milk shake. The texture was different due to tiny amounts of ground nuts and seeds and the taste was nutty and I like nuts and seeds. I found coconut was for my favourite and got used to the texture too. I feel full for some time after drinking them and are quick and easy when on the go. I have received two large bags since the starter pack one coconut and the other mixed berries. It's to know even if I have missed eating I have had a purition for lunch.”
