“I’ve been doing this for around 14 weeks. I have been on holiday and had a couple of very social months with meals out and drinks. Normally I’d gain lbs. They are easy to make and I find that the shake leaves me feeling really full and not reaching for mid morning snacks. “A very wholesome product. It's surprising that the other slimming food manufacturers hadn't cottoned on the the 'healthy' version. Purition is really wholesome and doesn't have any synthetic or over sweet flavorings. So easy to add raw oats and fruit to it to make a meal.”

“Loving Purition as an option to increase my protein intake post strengthening workout, or as part of my breakfast. I add it to my cereal, or just add oat milk to have it like a porridge, or just as a shake. Great variety of flavours, easy to use. I love the fact that it's slightly grainy, you know then that it's only got natural ingredients.”
“After trying small packets in various flavours and enjoying them I bought large bags of strawberry and of almond. They might seem expensive but worth it for the full flavour and ingredients. Far superior to many other shakes products which lack all the goodness and are over sweet. I have tried the almond one adding in chopped banana, the strawberry one with frozen berries. Mixed with oats and milk for overnight oats served with a dollop of 0% fat Greek yogurt and raspberries is delicious for a filling meal.”

“I started with a supply of individual packs and enjoyed every one of them. I found them very tasty and convenient and then decided to try the full size bags but found it difficult to decide on which flavours to gt.. To avoid postage costs I ordered two but have not tried them yet.”
