“I have purchased Purition for a few months now and love to get a variety of different flavour sachets just to mix it up a bit! My favourite way to use them is a in a shake to take to work for breakfast. They're quick and easy to prepare and are filling enough to get me through to lunch without surrendering to a late morning snack attack! The stevia used to sweeten them took a little getting used to but my taste buds have gradually adjusted (they're not too sweet anyway).
