“I have been using Puriton as a supplement to weight loss treatment. I wanted something healthy and natural. Having tried the starter pack, I enjoyed the variety so much that I have continued to order a variety of individual packs. I can choose the flavours and I find it keeps it interesting. I mix mine with Greek yoghurt and add fruit to complement the flavour. The plain one is an excellent thickener in soup. Milkshakes havenāt ever been a favourite of mine and to be honest I havenāt tried the sachets in that way. I would highly recommend them.”

I tend to order the selection pack for variety and then one bigger bag of one of my faves (banana is my current favourite but also loving macadamia and vanilla and the coffee and walnut) Itās hard to pick favourites when theyāre all do delicious!!
