I make it with a milk alternative and look forward to my shake every morning, it keeps me full until lunch time and no need to snack.”
“I love my 'nutty porridge" as my hubby calls it . But its helped me loose 6.5 kilos since january 2026. So im very happy with that. I started with a sample box ,which was great because i then knew which flavours were my favourites , then i tried the keto bars , great for popping in the handbag to avoid hangry moments. I love the berry ones, And the chocolate ones . I tried the hot chocolate latte mix, but unfortunately Cant say its a gtreat hit with me.
The texture seems to be what puts some folk off , i personally like it, i like to chew my food!

“I originally started off with the individual sachets, as I wouldnt have liked some of the flavours in the starter pack. Thoroughly enjoyed them, after another order the the individual sachets I decided on purchasing a couple of the wholefood bags. So I am addicted, I absolutely love them, so full of flavour I love the nutty texture and flavour...Banana is my favourite with Coffee and Walnut my close second and the Pistachio following a very close third. The blueberry flavour I just had to try and it didnt let me down, I just didnt find it as full of flavour as the other three even by adding additional fresh blueberries, however I would certainly buy it again. Its a meal I never want to finish and look forward to the next one. I use oat milk with mine and love the shakes....Ive tried it with low fat greek yoghurt but that was just too sour for my tastebuds. I have to honestly say this is one of the best shakes/meals I am having daily. I admit it is a different taste to most things but it is amazing especially if you like adding nuts to your salads then you will definitely enjoy these. My only wish was that you would get a measuring scoup with the larger bags as I do find it hard to measure. May try the porridges next who knows!”

“I tried a mixed starter pack and enjoyed all of them; subsequently ordered wholebags of the blueberry and the coffee and walnut.
I use these as a way of boosting my fibre and protein intake by adding half portions to yogurt along with my usual meals, rather than a swap for a complete meal and this works for me.
The blueberry is really lovely and I add a handful of fresh blueberries with the yogurt - yum.
I tried the coffee and walnut as a whole portion, but found it too strong for me (decaff coffee is my usual) but fine as a half portion mixed with yogurt.
I'll try something different next time - the chocolate and orange perhaps!”
