“I started regularly taking purition about a year ago when I wanted “changed one thing” to improve my diet and nutrition through menopause. I make a shake up in the morning to take to work with kefir, cottage cheese (sounds gross but it blends up) and Greek yogurt. I have half about 10 and then the rest when I hit the biscuit/cake time slump in the afternoon, and then a proper dinner later.
