I started with the multi flavour sample packs and ordered another as due to go on holiday- the individual sachets are ideal.
Mixed with Greek yoghurt, berries and banana Purition is keeping me full for 5-6 hrs and I have completely stopped mid afternoon snacking.
On return from my holiday I will be ordering a larger bag, just 1 problem tho, which flavour to go for, the one's i have tried are all delicious😋may have to order a few.

“Love Purition I have it most mornings for breakfast with natural yogurt and berries. I know I’m on my way to reaching my protein intake, and so delicious. The berry flavour is what I usually go for, although I have tried other flavours I prefer the berry ones. The protein and fibre is also a new favourite of mine for the mid afternoon treat. Again topping up my protein with added fibre. I’ve tried two flavours and they are both great very subtle, not over powering and very tasty. “I’ve been using this for over 5 months now and honestly have no complaints. The taste is really nice, it’s super easy and practical, especially as a working mum. Most mornings I’m rushing out the door, so it’s the perfect breakfast on the go, and when I get home late it works great as a light dinner before bed.
I don’t use it for weight loss or anything like that, I just wanted an easy way to add more nutrients into my diet. I also love that you can add it into baking as well, which makes it even more versatile.
