I tried all the flavours in the sample box and found is difficult to pick just 2 for my second order of big bags, it might sound silly but they just taste good for you ! Some are smoother than others but I don't bother to blend them anymore as I like the texture,especially the nutty ones. I've been having one for a late breakfast,around 10 am,I have lunch at 2 but in the evening I'm not very hungry at all so I just have soup or boiled egg.
Occasionally I've replaced another meal instead of breakfast and I don't feel tempted to snack at all ,I'm sleeping better too,I actually look forward to a ' smoothie' or porridge,I feel I have more energy and have lost a little weight which is great, I can't praise Purition highly enough.”

Having Purition for breakfast mixed with Greek yogurt is how I personally like it and the joy is that I get zero bloating. I don't mind the texture and the flavours in the starter satchets are a good assortment to find your favourite with mine being strawberry (I've since ordered the big bag).”
