“I tried Purition when I got fed up with over sweetened and unsatisfying meal replacement drinks.
I wish I had discovered these earlier, they keep me fuller for longer, and I have more energy.
It was a bit of an adjustment because it has a thicker texture but I really enjoy it. You can adjust the amount and type of milk you have. I also like to have it with unsweetened zero fat yogurt topped with crushed walnuts.
My favourite flavours are Cherry Bakewell and Banana.
