“I was disappointed with my order for a Nutributhe bag of Puritan llet and a large bag of Puritan. On receiving the box it appeared to be intact but on opening the Puritan bag had not been sealed properly and spilled lnside the box.”

It sounds like the seal on the bag may not have held. While this isn’t something we see often, it can happen in transit, and it’s something we would have wanted to put right for you straight away.
