I have a sachet for breakfast blended with almond milk, kefir, oats, ice cubes and it keeps me going in my very active job until early afternoon. “Love the ingredients list! Nice natural, subtle flavours. So far I have tried the raspberry and the cherry Bakewell. Very filling when mixed with kefir drink. It is smoother when it is blended. You definitely get used to the seed texture but that's what your get for having a mostly natural product.”
