“I have been having Puriton shakes for breakfast for over a year now. I find they fill me up until lunchtime due to the protein content. I add yoghurt and berries to mine but the flavours are so good they really don't need anything added. I like the fact they are not completely smooth like some of the other protein shakes. They are full of goodness and I would highly recommend you try them.”

“After a break I have returned to using purition for its health benefits and my quest to reduce my UPF’s. My favourite method, especially during the winter months, is to heat frozen cherries and blueberries in the microwave and mix the cherry bakewell in to make a porridge, then top with Greek yogurt. I also had amazing customer service during my last order as Royal Mail failed to deliver to my address. Katie reordered this for me with no issues. Amazing 🤩”
“I look forward to my Purition-based breakfast every single day. As a menopause nutritionist, I recommend it so many of my clients who are falling in love with breakfast after long periods of skipping it and over dieting. It's satisfying to know you can get your day off to a great start with the right nutrients to power you through to lunch. My daily routine looks like Skyr yoghurt, berries of some kind, collagen and one or other of the whole food powders (and sometimes some collagen).
