“Great flavour. Decided to go low carb to lose weight. Perfect alternative to a meal when I’m in a rush. But the main reason I purchased was to up my protein and have it for brunch (I don’t normally have breakfast), to replace carbs. My husband likes it too. I’ve only tried Vanilla and Macademia and the bars. On occasion I’ve added 2 dates and half a banana to the drink for a sweet treat. It’s helping me lose weight, which I’m thrilled about. Some moan about the consistency. If we are eating nuts and seeds etc., and it’s wholesome, with no additives what is the problem? We find it really tasty and love the consistency. Very filling. Very happy and will try other flavours eventually.”
