“I really love these and have tried most of the flavours now. I’ve been trying to eat more whole foods which has helped with various health conditions but it’s not always easy so to have these on hand is great. I started by having them for breakfast but missed having my breakfast so l now have them for lunch instead, I never know what to have for lunch so don’t feel I’m missing out and I’ve found that I no longer have that afternoon slump, it keeps me going until dinner.”
“I love Puritan.I make it for breakfast every morning as a shake, porridge or mixed with yoghurt.i then add berries.
It’s a lovely quick breakfast to prepare while I’m still half asleep.

“Just love Purition! I use the vegan range and these are delicious. I have been using these since the New Year as part of a weight loss/management plan which is working really well. I do find I only need 20g per portion with 200g of oat/almond/cashew milk and I add 1/5 banana and some berries or 1/2 and organic apple. This makes a fantastic start to my day and I then use another 20g portion for a mid afternoon snack. It has even got me making my own plant based milks 😃. These combined with a healthy lunch and evening meal works well for me and my weight is steadily going down. Purition are filling and give me the energy I need throughout the day so I avoid energy slumps. I think my favourite are the vegan almond and strawberry.
