I have it with Greek yoghurt and extra fibre powder, sometimes adding in whatever fruit needs eating. If I want more of a smoothie I whiz it up with frozen berries or bananas and some form of milk to loosen it up.
Would prefer it to be less sweetened as we can add that to our taste, but it's not so sweet I can't eat it and I've repeatedly purchased.”

“I've been buying the small packs of Purition for several months to make low calorie treats. I wanted to lose a few pounds and these help immensely. I've now decided to buy the big bags as I do tend to have my favourite flavours ... Coffee & Walnut and Chocolate and Hazelnut ... as these are perfect for my needs. I mix 40g of the Purition powder with 27g of Quaker oats (the Oats so simple original are the right size) and 16g of P B Fit (the low calorie powder version of Peanut Butter). Stir thoroughly and then add small amounts of water and stir until all the powders are mixed in and then spoon into a Mini Muffin Cup Silicone Cookies Cupcake Tray (this amount makes 8) and then put into the freezer. I like to eat straight from the freezer as you can nibble them and they last longer! They work out at just 44 calories each. As I've now purchased the bigger bags I make twice the amount. They are delicious and great if you need a chocolate fix while losing weight.”

“These are delicious. I order sachets so I have a good choice, my favourite flavours are coconut and macadamia and vanilla. Compared to other protein powders they are a lot less sweet, and they have other goodies in them too like chia seeds. By far the best of these things that I’ve tried. You can also get plain protein powder if you want extra.”
“I'm not sure if its assisting in weight loss, I'm mixing mine with skimmed milk and frozen fruit for a breakfast smoothie. For the ones that aren't that sweet I add a tiny bit of local honey. The only thing for me is that I don't feel "full", so about 3 hours after having one, I'm peckish, I snack on fruit, so its not so bad!”
