“I love using Puriton ! I am terrible at not planning meals so get hungry and then reach for unhealthy foods which then lead me to terrible food choices for the rest of the day. So now I start with a Puriton 'porridge' with fruit in the mornings, or Purition with yoghurt, a healthy salad lunch (pre-prepared the night before) and if I do need a snack in between meals I take a Puriton keto bar with me. Once I set myself up healthly at breakfast I am more inclined to stay eating healthy for the rest of the day. I have tried the 12 starter sachets to find the flavours which appeal to me and have now continued onto the bulk packs. The same applies to the snack keto bars. “I decided to try Purition as a weight loss aid, with a plan to substitute my lunch for a shake. On first taste I wasn't wowed due to the sweetener taste which I really don't like. However, I can honestly say after my third shake I stopped noticing the sweetener taste and started to really enjoy the taste. I have tried most of them and like them all. Some days if I'm particularly hungry I add a banana to the banana Purition or the coconut one, which tastes great.
After 2 weeks of using Purition unfortunately I can't say that it has helped my attempt at weight loss. I have tried many things to improve my symptoms, finding nothing works. Since taking Purition, I have noticed a calmer gut.
