“It's good to be back! Having loved Purition for years, I started a well known slimming regime which mean that Purition was a 'syn' so I stopped. Having been diagnosed as pre diabetic (the slimming regime didn't help with this (high carb diet)), I'm back on Purition as I'm following a low carb diet. I have tried a few flavours and have enjoyed most of the favours (as a shake)-not a fan of cherry bakewell but if you love a cherry bakewell tart you will love this. Currently I'm eating the pistachio flavour as a porridge every morning with some berries -it keeps me going until lunch and for me (as I'm no longer eating unhealthy snacks mid morning) my brain fog has improved.
