“I started using puriton because I kept putting off making lunch and always opting to by a snack from the shop instead, this never stopped at a snack though. A bunch of colleagues were already using other brands of meal replacement so I looked into it and found puriton which aligned with trying to have whole foods in my diet as the other brands definitely did not. I have finished my first 14 day sachets and bought another selection so that I can try all the flavours.When I make them I have found making them the night before the best as it makes a thicker shake and I find it more filling, I tend to use a little bit of honey just to add a bit of sweetness to the shakes.”
