“I love this product. I was looking for something to eat that was healthy and quick to prepare. As a diabetic, I wanted a whole food and a low carb diet. This suits me perfectly. I usually have it for breakfast and I don't feel hungry too soon. If I'm having a busy lunchtime, then I'll carry a prepared pot with me, makes life so much easier.
I love it with milk and kefir, sometimes I add some berries. My favourite favours are Macadamia and vanilla, pistachio, and also almond. The chocolate and coffee flavours are OK.”

“I have to admit that I did not know what to expect when I purchased the trail pack, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. The sachets come in so many different flavours and I was spoilt for choice. My first mistake was making a shake with water that was not good, needs milk for sure. However I do love to mix my Purition with Greek yogurt so yummy.
