“I use protein powder but purition has something extra, the added nuts and seeds give me the feel i am having a treat. The coffee and walnut flavour is one of my favourites due to the the little bits of walnut and i dont fancy having it as cake anymore. I have it in yoghurt with some fruit on top. So far lost a kilo or 2.2 lbs because i dont fancy a biscuit with my coffee at 10 am. Long may purition last, i will not go back to a normal protein powder.
