“I really love Purition. It keeps me fuller for longer and stops any cravings and importantly stops me feeling bloated.
I work in a very busy environment where meal times are varied but if I’ve had a purition it’s excellent for keeping hunger at bay and I never feel sluggish.
I love that the ingredients are all natural and it has no synthetic taste to it and you can adapt the texture to your preference. I also love the recipes such as pancakes that you provide to help provide variability.
This product is amazing, thank you and keep going!! My only suggestion would be a maple syrup or salted caramel flavour for those with a real sweet tooth like me!! Always arrive on time and dispatched quickly.

“I tried a mixed pack of 14 shakes and am very impressed. I really like the flavours and the fact that all the contents are items I can find in my own kitchen and they taste like it too-and not too sweet like most shakes are. I've tried the shakes with whole milk, coconut milk, in yogurt and, as I filter my own' Greek' yougurt, in yogurt whey too. I've really enjoyed every one. With a gluten intolerance and dietary need to eat low carbs these are perfect when I'm travelling because getting decent GF low carb lunch items is virtually impossible, and I can't usually make up a packed lunch 'just in case'. I've bought a portable blender, carry an individual shake and can get milk anywhere. Perfect for me. I'm intending to try the soups next. On a side note- I needed to contact customer support and they were really helpful, friendly and responsive. Brilliant!”
“If you want a real food, nutritional and balanced, a convenient and tasty addition to your diet then I'd recommend. This is not a highly sweetened, artificially flavoured product, so yes there are "bits" and the flavours are subtle, thats real food. Cherry Bakewell is my fave!”
“I first started with the starter packs they were easy to use because they already had the correct amount to use so no weighing involved. I’ve now Bought two large packs not easy to work out quantity without having to bring the scales out every time. Please provide scoop with correct measurements. Apart from that very happy with product”

“I researched healthy eating that suits my lifestyle. Puriton has a variety of ingredients that are non UPF, which is very important to me. I blend organic coconut milk with 40g Puriton (banana and raspberry are my favourite flavours) and some berries or tropical fruit. I really enjoy the texture of Puriton in my daily smoothie.”
“These shakes have been an absolute godsend. Such a quick and easy breakfast that amazingly has stopped me snacking- and that’s no mean feat! It’s helped me lose a stone. I just bought a cheap Breville blender which is great cos the bottles come with sports caps so if I’m running late I just take it with me. I have settled on banana flavour and add half a banana and some ice. I also have the naked or coconut to add to Greek yogurt with berries and maple syrup for lunch sometimes. I don’t mind the texture- it helps it feel like food not milkshake. I’ve just recommended it to my pregnant daughter who can’t stop snacking.”

“I think these shakes are great I have one for breakfast and find they keep me going until lunchtime theres a wide choice of flavours and every one I have tried has a unique flavour.
